What is the Try-Out process?

Athletes will pre-register for Try-outs online at  On the day of try-outs, athletes will arrive to the gym during the posted times.  Once the athlete has checked in at the front desk, they will be directed to the warmup area to stretch and warmup any skills they need to.  A coach will call their name when it is time for their evaluation.  The coach will confirm some information and the evaluation will begin.  The coach will ask them if they are trying out for a certain level and will ask the athlete to showcase the skills suggested for that level.  The coach will rate the skills and make notes for reference later.  Your athlete will be dismissed after the evaluation and you are free to take them home.  We will communicate via email once athletes have been selected and for which team.  Your athlete may be invited back to the gym for a follow-up or “call back” evaluation, if this is the case you will be contacted via email with the date and time of the “call back”
