6 Week Class Sessions
Our 6-week class sessions are perfect for athletes looking to sharpen specific skills in a focused, short-term format. These sessions are separate from our monthly tumbling program and offer a structured, goal-oriented experience.

Whether your athlete is looking to master a new skill or build stronger foundations, these sessions are a great way to stay motivated and make measurable progress in just 6 weeks.


Flexibility and Strength
Build the foundation every cheerleader needs! This class focuses on improving overall body strength, balance, and flexibility—key elements for mastering jumps, stunts, and tumbling. Athletes will work on splits, core conditioning, body control, and more through age-appropriate drills and stretching techniques. Perfect for athletes looking to level up their performance!

Handspring Class
Ready to flip the script? Our Handspring Class is designed for athletes who are working toward back and front handsprings. This class includes drills, spotting, and progressions to help athletes safely and confidently master one of cheerleading’s core tumbling skills. Solo Back-walkover is REQUIRED for this class.

Tiny Tumblers (Ages 3 - 6)
Tiny Tumblers is the perfect introduction to movement, balance, and basic tumbling for our youngest athletes! Through playful instruction, games, and beginner skills like rolls and handstands, little ones gain confidence, coordination, and a love for cheer and tumbling—all in a safe, supportive environment.

Intro to Cheerleading
New to cheer? This is the place to start! Our Intro to Cheerleading class teaches the fundamentals—motions, jumps, basic stunts, and beginner tumbling. It's a great way to explore the sport while building confidence, strength, and teamwork. No experience required—just bring your spirit!

A few reminders…
Athletes should utilize the benches provided for their gear. ONLY Athletes and instructors are permitted in the training area during classes. Parents that stay to watch the classes are invited to stay in the Parent Viewing Area. Athletes are required to wear socks and sneakers for the classes

- Returning athletes will need to re-register for each NEW class session.
