Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator
Part-Time | Reports to: Gym Management
Position Summary
As the first face families see when they walk through our doors, our Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering the HEAT All-Stars experience. This isn’t just answering phones — it’s building relationships, solving problems, and making sure every athlete and parent feels like they belong.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome athletes, parents, and prospective families with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer phone, email, text, and social media inquiries.
- Assist families with registration, account questions, and class enrollment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate member accounts.
- Check athletes in for classes, practices, camps, and events.
- Keep the lobby and pro shop clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support merchandise sales and inventory.
- Assist coaches and management with administrative tasks.
- Help prepare for events, competitions, clinics, and camps.
- Represent the HEAT culture of Integrity, Commitment, and Effort in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort learning new technology and software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, punctuality, and self-motivation.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Cheerleading or youth sports experience is helpful, not required.
